How about a relaxing Yoga & SUP retreat on the Ražanj Peninsula in Croatia? Are you looking for pure nature, relaxation, and fun challenge with a mediterranean flair? This Yoga & Yoga retreat is a very good alternative to a regular holiday providing the possibility to discover oneself and his/her surroundings in a entirely new way.

 

It is about your well-being. Enjoy pristine azure blue water and “Caribbean feel” on the beaches. Breathtaking rock formations and the deep blue sea at the steep cliffs. Ražanj is a true paradise for Yoga & SUP, where you will find calmness and relaxation practicing yoga and on top of your stand-up paddle in line with the beautiful nature.

 

It doesn’t matter if you are a yoga or SUP beginner, SUP (stand-up paddling) facilitates the balance and the coordination and on top relaxes through simple moves in the fresh sea air. Meditation and yoga will be practiced during sunrises and sunsets directly at the beach or in their Shala (yoga studio with direct sea view), enhanced by the sounds of the mediterranean scenery.

A week full of sports, fun, recreation, exchange, interaction, breathing, relaxation and evenness plus moving on the SUP let u leave behind your everyday life and stress very quickly. On the sea, one forgets and leaves everything left behind, only perceiving the resounding waves around.

 

Ražanj is a small dalmatian fisher village. A perfect place to find quietness and relaxation, doing Yoga and Stand-Up Paddling. Every day fresh high quality food is prepared to make your retreat an unforgettable experience. Vegetarians and vegans are very welcome!

There are daily SUP-lessons and a yoga-sequence. You will have the opportunity to use the boards after for individual paddling. You will learn / deepen your SUP-technique and explore the peninsula from the sea.

 

The program is lead by Kinesiologist and certified Surf and SUP as well as Asthanga- / Hatha-Yoga teacher Katarina Pelivan, the current Croatian Windsurfing Champion. Lessons will be based on each other. You will spend a great time with like-minded people and have a magnificent retreat with SUP, yoga, and meditation in Ražanj. Enjoy the mediterranean atmosphere doing SUP at one of the most untouched spots of Croatia!

10:00am Brunch

06:00 - 07:30pm Sunset Hatha yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques (pranayama)

08:00pm Dinner

 

Day 3

08:00 - 09:30am Learn how to do stand-up paddle, discover Ražanj Bay, breathe and meditate on the SUP

10:00am Brunch

06:00 - 07:30pm Sunset meditative walk to “Punta Planka”, meditation, and breathing techniques (pranayama)

08:00pm Dinner

06:30 - 11:00am Paddle to "Zmajevo oko" Lake

11:30am Brunch

06:00 - 07:30pm Sunset Hatha yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques (pranayama)
