Isn't it time to recharge your batteries and nourish yourself? Do you want to switch off your auto-pilot consciously and focus on essentials? Sub-Art Yoga's wish is to immerse together with you into the world of yoga and awareness, a world in which you are able to experience yourself on all levels. You will be able to experience yourself in a deeper way. The place where you practice and the environment where you meditate plays a big role.

 

Sub-Art Yoga invites you to dive into the silence every morning and every evening, you will use special breathing and meditation techniques. Viktoria, the instructor for this retreat, will set impulses and ask questions that you can deal with if you want. Each day will be dedicated to a specific topic. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an intensive two and a half hours yoga practice exploring your body.

 

Practice:

We practice yoga, we meditate and we work in smaller and bigger groups or just you for yourself. You will broaden the awareness of your body. We do yoga, we swim, we hike for your emotions. We listen, reflect, write and communicate for your spirit.. There will be lead meditations and breathing practices. We will relax in silence.

 

 

Instructor:

Victoria Dressel is a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and awareness-coach for adults and children. her education as an integral life consultant finished in October 2018. Her passion is life and human beings. The way she teaches yoga and awareness is mostly influenced by her teachers Surendrenath from Kerala, India and Mark Stephens from the United States, Fabio Giaccone, and Veit Lindau from Germany. She is working with professional athletes, private clients as well as diverse institutions: universities, companies, schools, and pre-schools.
