You want to combine your love for hiking with an unforgettable yoga retreat? You can imagine to do your yoga infront of a picturesque and breathtaking panorama? You think hiking under the bright Mediterranean sun is a meaningful addition to the holistic experience of your yoga?

 

You will find all you wish for in Ražanj, the perfect spot in Croatia for both hiking and yoga. While breathing the healthy salty air and feeling the sea breeze on your skin you will enjoy the stunning view of the bay. Relax by the sea and swim in the rejuvenating and stress relieving sea water!

  

The benefits of yoga will work hand in hand with exploring the rocky and beautiful trails of the Dinaric Alps. It’s the perfect way to achieve great results without straining one's body! Yoga will get your body into the correct alignment. Moving slowly and focusing on your breathing helps you to listen and to connect to your body, making sure you always respect its boundaries.This is a great tool to balance the physical demands of hiking!

 

Practice:

You will be offered two yoga classes per day. One the morning and one in the evening. The mornings start at a dynamic pace, moving, breathing, flowing through the poses. At the end of the day, we offer a stretching and relaxing yoga session. During this sunset session, you will practice Hatha and restorative yoga.

 

The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. You'll move fairly slow and will focus on control. You will take time to get into the correct alignment, allowing to either deepen into more advanced variations of a pose or to take a step back. Whatever your body needs, you will find out. And that is the great gift of yoga: connecting to yourself, to really feel what your body, mind, and soul needs!

12:00 - 14:00 Short Hike to Movar hill and fortress

14:00 - 17:00  Free time to relax, read, sunbath or swim

17:30 - 19:00pm Sunset stretch & relaxing Yoga session

20:00 Dinner (optional)

 

Day 3

09:00 - 10:30 Yoga session

11:00 Brunch (optional)

12:00 - 19:00 Hike to Mountaineering lodge "Putalj" incl. lunch at the lodge

20:00 Dinner (optional)

 

Day 4

09:00 - 10:30 Yoga session

11:00 Brunch (optional)

13:00 - 17:00 Free time to relax, read, sunbath or swim

17:00 - 19:00 Walking mediation in silence to chapell at “Punta Planka”, Calming breathing practice by the sea

20:00 Dinner (optional)
